Join us for Latrobe’s Soup Mania, a Walk & Ride through the City to explore our local Restaurants, Cafes and Merchants for a “Soup Sampling and More” event. Free Parking is conveniently located at all center city and Depot Street lots along with the WCCC parking lot and the lot at Oakbrook Fundraising adjacent the community college. Street parking is also available along Ligonier Street where all meter spaces are also FREE on Saturdays.
Be ready to taste an amazing sampling of the best soups that the Gateway to the Laurel HIghlands has to offer. To go containers will be available for purchase at the participating locations so that you can continue to enjoy your favorites at home. Don’t forget to take some time and shop for some of the other products our merchants have for sale.
Soup Mania starts at 512 Coffee and Ice Cream where participants will pick up their wristbands along with a map of the participating locations. A limited number of same day sign-ups will also be available for those who missed registering in advance.
Check in and same day registration is held between 9:30AM and 12:00 Noon. Tasting begins at 10:00AM and runs till 3:00PM
All funding generated from this event will be used to support Prima La Comunita events to enliven and enhance our community including the Latrobe Summer Concert Series, Music in the Streets and the McKinney Mercado among others.
